Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic style of yoga, where we create a moving meditation and start to bring space and quietness to the mind, by linking each breath to a movement. The practice will challenge you on a physical level, but you’ll also learn to tune in and listen to what your body needs, so that in each moment you practice from the inside out. I always offer modifications for each posture, so that you can practice at your own level and can explore your edge in a safe way.
My classes are very accessible – which means that all levels of practitioners are welcome. Also be prepared to have some fun as you move through the postures and go deeper to reconnect to your centre.
