My name is Lezanne and I’m here to help you to reconnect to your body, so you can breathe more freely and ultimately enjoy your life more. All this through the practice of yoga.
Many people may feel quite disconnected from their bodies, especially living in the city, as life becomes more and more busy and stressful and it seems that at every opportunity our attention is pulled outside of ourselves. Yoga offers us a way to connect to our body mind and spirit by moving through a series of postures and connecting to the breath in each moment. In the process we start to become more present which enriches all areas of our life.
