Intensive Hot Vinyasa Teacher Training – 200h RYT
Yogalinda is an independent Hot Vinyasa studio specialising in four Hot Yoga Teacher Trainings a year (February, July, August and October). Our teacher training courses are certified by Yoga Alliance. When the course is completed you will hold a 200 hour certified yoga instructor license and be able to teach Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Hatha Yoga and regular temperature Yoga in studios anywhere in the world.

The course break down is as follows:
week 1 – theory, alignment & pranayama
week 2 – anatomy, learning how to teach
week 3 – different styles of yoga, adjustments, ayurveda and meditation
week 4 – practise teaching classes and yoga business
28 day intenstive training
Sunday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00 with 1 ½ hour break for lunch
Saturday – Off
9:00 – 12:30 – Hot Yoga Practice, Pranayama and Meditation, Theory
12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch
14:00 – 17:00 – Theory, Practise teaching etc.

Heather – Training Organizer and Owner of Yogalinda
Heather began practising hot yoga in Toronto, Canada 15 years ago. After going to her first class she was hooked on the way her body and mind felt. Over the years she became involved with a yoga clothing line called yogagurl and started helping the founder promote, sell and market the products. The love of the Spanish language brought Heather to Spain in 2006. After several stressful years in sales in a crisis market, Heather decided to follow one of her life long dreams to become a certified yoga instructor. Heather has been lucky to have been trained under Baron Baptiste (Baptiste Power Hot Yoga), Ted Grand (Moksha Hot Yoga), Bikram Yoga, Rodney Yee, Alex Leikermoser a.k.a. yogagurl and the Tribe yoga instructors, Scarlett and Raquel. Heather is certified in teaching hatha vinyasa and prenatal yoga. Over the years due to injuries through various sports, she stresses taking care of your joints and not pushing yourself too hard in her teachings.
Julia – Anatomy
Julia Zatta is a yoga teacher and bodyworker specialized in teaching anatomy to yoga teachers. Embodiment plays a big part in her life, her practice and in her personal research into how to be more fully present, joyful and alive.
“My initial yoga training was in Anusara yoga though in recent years I have fallen in love with Ashtanga Yoga. I have had the privilege to study with world-renowned teachers in the ashtanga yoga lineage like Dena Kingsberg and Richard Freeman who have imbued me with a rich sense of the depths of yoga.
Besides teaching yoga, Julia is a certified Rolfer / Structural Integration practitioner. Her classes are informed by her experience as a bodyworker and yoga practitioner. Each lesson focuses on the mechanics of movement and on how to build yoga poses safely and progressively. More info about Julia
Mike – Meditation and Ayurveda
Mike Brassey has been practicing and teaching meditation in Spain, Portugal and England for the last 20 years. He has studied for over 10 years with the Tibetan Lama Geshe Kelsang as a Buddhist monk and is currently a student of Eckhart Tolle – author of the bestseller “The Power of Now”. Michael is known for his ability to convey the teachings in a clear and practical way. His presence is an inspiration to those who want to begin or deepen their experience of meditation and inner peace.

Lezanne – Senior Course Instructor
Lezanne first discovered the benefits of Yoga in a small Iyengar Yoga studio in Cape Town, South Africa, in 1998. Practising at first to alleviate chronic upper back pain, Yoga soon revealed itself as a holistic system which became beneficial on many different levels. Over the years that followed, she has migrated from Iyengar to a path of exploring Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She has ultimately realised that Yoga is a life-long journey, teaching us to live a fuller, more joyful and present life. Your own body becomes your best teacher. Lezanne is a certified Yoga teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Arts, Australia and has been teaching since 2009. In 2014, whilst pregnant with her twin babies, she completed her Prenatal Yoga certification through SansYoga. Her style of teaching encourages her students to mindfully explore their asana practice from a place of joy and fun, all the while drawing on the rich philosophical foundations of yoga.
Please note the course is offered in English and accommodation and food is not included in the course fee, however training material is included as well as help in finding accommodation in Barcelona. No more than 15 students per course.
